Options for you with 3% commission from MN.
- Keep it. Example: $22,500 from 3% from MN and $22,500 as 3% from seller/homeowner = $45,000.

MN Custom Homes provides your buyer their own personal Interior Designer to select the finishes, colors, and other attributes to suit their preferences.

BROKER Compensation
Earn a 2.5% commission plus receive an additional $10,000 bonus by attaining mutual agreement prior to listing going live (at home completion).
Example
Home sale of $3,000,000 gets your $75,000 selling commission (2.5%) + $10,000 presales bonus. Total compensation of $85,000 with presales bonus is almost 15% more on a $3M sales price. Win-Win. Happy clients and additional compensation.
